Meet Jana
Owner, Certified Public Accountant
Jana W. Helmuth, CPA earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Iowa and has taken post-graduate studies in taxation at Golden Gate University in Seattle, Washington. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
Jana is a member of the Washington Society of CPA's and served as President in 2006-2007 for the American Society of Women Accountants.
Her work experience includes over sixteen years with Otto R. Enger, CPA of Seattle, Washington, whose practice she purchased in 2007. Prior to that, she worked for five years with Perry, Shelton, Walker & Associates, PLLC, a non-profit organization, and a sole tax practitioner.
Jana has two entrepreneur daughters who both received their Bachelor degrees. Her oldest daughter Amy has followed in her father's footsteps becoming a professional photographer, while Jana's youngest daughter Molly, who had the dream of being a professional race car driver, now owns a marketing and design company in North Carolina.

Gary Pomeroy, EA - Tax Manager
Gary is a former IRS instructor and auditor. He began working for the firm in 1996. Gary has over 30 years combined government and private experience in the field of taxation. He is an Enrolled Agent and permitted to practice before the IRS. Gary is experienced in foreign taxation and audit representation.
When Gary is not contemplating interpretations of the Internal Revenue Code he can be found baking, canning and studying the world through the lens of his camera.

David Frick, CPA - Senior Accountant
David started working for the firm in 1999. He has a B.S. from Central Washington University in Accounting and a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Washington and is licensed to practice as a certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington. In his free time David can be found reading or riding his bicycle more than 60 miles at a time around Lake Washington and beyond.
